As the Operations Manager Chan Cain, most recently with TransForm, brings a wealth of experience in growing and supporting strong organizations to thrive by bolstering their operations. In her four years with TransForm she was promoted three times and single-handedly supported the operations and human resources systems through significant organizational shifts. She has also worked with Cause Justa: Just Cause, and the Media Justice Center supporting their administrative functions and needs. She has a breadth of experiences working with and supporting various sized organizations to develop strong internal systems. Through her roles in human resources, administrative support, event-planning and communications Chan is integral to Castanea Fellowship.
